Sandle Lodge

This project involved the total internal and external refurbishment of a large country house which was derelict at the commencement of the project.
The interior was re-planned and all previous finishes were stripped back to the structure. All doors and windows were replaced to meet current requirements.

New electrical plumbing and heating services were installed. The complete interior was re-plastered complete with ornate cornices and all internal joinery was replaced. The bathrooms were refitted to a very high specification, a new kitchen was installed complete with an Aga cooker and a combination of granite and solid hardwood tops.

Reclaimed oak floors were installed to some of the main rooms and ground floor circulation areas. Both the interior and exterior were redecorated to complete the project. Site programme for the project was 26 weeks.
