This office refurbishment over two floors was carried out in phases to allow the Client to work normally whilst the project was undertaken.
The project was closely planned between the project team and Client representatives to ensure a smooth change over between phases. A large section of the work was carried on outside normal working hours.
The work included the provision of new joinery units to the offices with modification and upgrading of existing services and complete redecoration.
The final phases of the project included the refurbishment of the Chairman’s office and board room which featured large purpose made metal framed glass screens. Both areas were provided with bespoke furniture.
