Dovehouse Street

This project consisted of the full internal refurbishment of a Georgian property in London. The scope of works included the installation of a new fitted kitchen along with two new en-suite bathrooms. A new gas fueled central heating system was also installed.

The property was rewired to comply with the latest electrical regulations. All internal doors were replaced with a combination of purpose made solid and part glazed timber doors. New polished chrome ironmongery was fitted to all doors.

A large bespoke bookcase complete with independent lighting was manufactured and fitted to one of the main living rooms.
All rooms, hallways and landings were redecorated with a selection of wallpaper and painted finishes. Floor coverings were renewed with a combination of carpet, wooden flooring and ceramic tiling.
