Bulge Class

Due to an increase in pupil admissions, an additional reception classroom was required. We were contracted to provide a new freestanding building located behind the existing Key Stage 1 building.

Modular construction was used with all external finishes applied on site to match the existing building on the site. An internal fit out was carried out and provided a large classroom with integrated storage wall, toilet facilities and entrance lobby.

The groundworks were carried out at the end of the summer term whilst the pupils were in School. The installation of the building took place at the start of the school holidays.

External works included landscaping, construction of a cantilevered canopy, soft play area and teaching space.

All works were completed for the start of term in September.
